📖 Brow Lamination Guide

1. Consult & Cleanse: Check for contraindications (e.g., broken skin or recent peels). Thoroughly cleanse the area with brow shampoo to remove all oils and makeup.

2. Apply Solo Lift: Coat the brows evenly. Never cover with clingfilm, as this causes excess heat that can damage or break the hair.

3. Processing (6–8 mins): At the 2–3 minute mark, check that the hairs have softened. Brush them into the desired direction. Check every minute thereafter until the shape is fixed.

4. Thorough Removal: Remove all product using a cleansing shampoo and a spoolie or brush. Ensure a deep clean; a simple wipe-over is not sufficient.

5. Tinting: Apply primer and dry fully. Apply your hybrid dye or traditional tint as per the manufacturer's instructions, then remove thoroughly.

6. Finish: Apply Step 3 Volume Drops. (If using a traditional Step 1.5, only apply it after tinting).

📖 Lash Lift Guide

1. Prep: Cleanse lashes completely. Select and secure the correct shield to the eyelid.

2. Lash Placement: Lift lashes onto the shield using balm. Ensure they are perfectly straight and separated without criss-crossing.

3. Apply Solo Lift: Apply evenly from the root to the mid-length only. Avoid the tips, the waterline, and the skin.

4. Processing (8–12 mins): Adjust based on hair thickness. If you used balm to adhere the lashes, add 2 minutes to the processing time.

5. Check & Cleanse: Perform a "V-check" to confirm the lift. Remove the product first with a dry applicator, then cleanse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains.

6. Tint & Finish: Apply tint as per guidelines, remove, and finish with Step 3 Volume Drops.
