DO I NEED EXPERIENCE BEFORE BOOKING A COURSE?

Not at all.

A lot of our students are complete beginners when they start with Tilly Lash. We guide you through everything step by step, from technique to client care and confidence building.

ARE YOUR COURSES ACCREDITED?

Yes! All Tilly Lash training courses are fully accredited by ABT (except for our Online Korean Lash Lift Masterclass), meaning you can gain certification and work professionally after completing your training and assessments.

DO I GET A CERTIFICATE AFTER THE COURSE?

Yes, once you successfully complete your course, you’ll receive your accredited certificate.

DO YOU PROVIDE STARTER KITS?

Yes, selected courses include a professional starter kit packed with products you’ll actually use in salon. Course details will explain exactly what’s included.

HOW LONG DO YOUR COURSES LAST?

Course times vary depending on the training. Some are one-day intensive courses, while others are spread over several weeks for more in-depth learning.

WILL I GET ONGOING SUPPORT AFTER TRAINING?

Absolutely. We don’t just teach you and disappear. Students receive ongoing support, guidance and advice after training to help build confidence and grow their business. You will also have access to contact us at anytime with questions.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

We may offer payment plans on selected courses. Message us directly to discuss available options.

Yes, we ship across the UK and Ireland. Shipping information and delivery times are available at checkout.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, you can collect in store the same day as ordering! You will get an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.

WHAT IF I ORDER THR WRONG ITEM?

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be booked over the phone or through our social media pages.

DO YOU OFFER PATCH TESTS?

Yes, patch tests are available and may be required for certain treatments.

WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

If you need a patch test you will be told when making the appointment. Please arrive with no makeup and little facial oils if possible. Avoid caffeine right before your appointment if you struggle to keep relaxed.
