Refund policy

When you receive your order you will have a 14 day return policy for unwanted goods. All products being returned must be in their original packaging and unopened. We will not refund any goods that have be opened or worn.

If an item is delivered damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive the goods and they are inspected we will send you an email to confirm. Please allow us up to 48 hours for this process. If your refund is approved we will process the payment and this will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund.
