DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 part concentrate to 2 parts distilled water in a foaming pump bottle, shake well. Pump 3-4 times onto a cleansing brush or finger tips, work in circular motion over the face and around the eyes and lash line to remove makeup, debris and oils. Rinse well with water.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Morning and evening for better retention.
