This is specially formulated to work with Hybrid Dye Brow Tint, helping create rich, long-lasting colour results. Its gentle, creamy formula blends smoothly for even application and helps the dye bond effectively to both the brow hairs and skin.

How to Use

1. Mix Hybrid Dye with Mrs.Highbrow Hybrid Dye Developer in a 2:1 ratio.
2. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Apply evenly to the brows and leave on for 10–15 minutes.
4. Remove gently with a damp cotton pad to reveal beautifully defined brows.
