How to Use

Apply a small amount to the brows and gently massage in circular motions. Remove with a damp cotton pad and pat dry.

For best results, apply using the Beautiful Brows and Lashes Silicone Brow Scrub Brush.

Recommended for use before Hybrid Stain treatments. Do not use before brow lamination.
