When we receive your order it will be sent the next working day by 1st class signed for post.
We do not post to PO Boxes

Incorrect shipping information
If you have submitted an incorrect address when ordering please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the correct address. If your order has already been sent it is your responsibility to contact the courier for the address change.
Lost or stolen packages
Tilly Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and tracking details and we will do our best to assist you. Tilly Lash reserves the right to determine a replacement of product if deemed necessary.
Returns and exchanges
When you receive your order you will have a 14 day return policy from unwanted goods. All products being returned must be in their original packaging and unopened. We will not refund any goods that have be opened or worn.
If an item is delivered damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive the goods and they are inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. Please allow us up to 48 hours for this process. If your refund is approved we will process the payment and this will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund.
