How do I qualify for the 50% MUA discount
We offer 50% discount to all MUA’S. Just simply add a min of 24 pairs of lashes to your cart and the discount will automatically be applied.
Do my lashes come with adhesive
All individual lashes include adhesive. 5 Pack lashes do not include adhesive. Adhesive can be purchased in the accessories section of the website .
Can I swim with my Tilly Lashes
No we do not recommend that you swim wearing your Tilly Lashes as this can ruin the shape and curl of the lashes.
How many times can I wear my eyelashes
All Tilly Lashes can be worn up to 10 times when treated with care. Make sure you clean your lashes correctly and store in their original case.
Can I track my order
Yes Tilly Lash orders are shipped with a trackable service. You will receive your tracking number by email when your parcel has been shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order
Tilly Lash aims for 1-3 working days for estimated arrival. You will receive your tracking number once we have shipped your parcel.
